By electing to become an Account Holder via self-enrollment or employer-authorization and thereafter using this Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect basic, personally identifiable information like your name, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and other Site topic information that is voluntarily submitted by Account Holder in order to set up a secure personal account and request specific services that are provided from this Site. Privacy of the Very Young

We never collect or maintain information on our website from those we know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. In the event HOMEZIE learns that a registrant is under the age of 13, we will take steps to ensure that that registrant’s information is deleted from our database. We encourage parents to actively participate in their children’s activities on the Internet and to educate children on the safe use of the Web. Some states may have a different collection criterion such as age 16. We will abide by any such laws. 

Log Data/Cookies/Tracking Technology

The Site may use log data/cookie and tracking technology for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of Account Holders who log to this site, date time of your visit, time spent on pages and other statistics and understanding how Account Holders use the Sites. This information is only used to review and improve the Site for Account Holders.

Pop-up Ads

There are none on this Site. We do not sell any advertising space.

Providers

We use third parties to facilitate and provide certain core services as part of the suite of real estate (buy, sell assistance) home financing and household goods moving services available to Account Holders using our Site. Only the Personal Information that you provide in the request form and relevant to the specific services that are provided by the third party will be provided. These third parties, in turn, are prohibited from using your Personal Information for any other purpose, without your permission.

Other Websites/Linked to Third Parties

This Site contains links to third party Websites that are considered to be of related interest. These links are provided as a time savings convenience only. Our Site privacy policy does not apply to these linked sites. In addition, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any of the linked sites. We have no control over the way in which the sponsors of the third-party sites collect and use information. Whether from a link within this Site, same as any Internet link that you might be interested in, it is prudent and recommended that you review the posted privacy statements of any Web site you visit.

Distribution of Information

We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information to governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation that is (a) required by law; and (b) when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect your rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Site. No information of any kind, names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers will be sold.

Account Holders have access to their account profile which contains the personal information data. Information can be verified, changed, or updated. You can also change your personal ID and password yourself. You can ask to review any information that we have, how we have used it, and to whom any information has been submitted at your request. You may also ask us to delete your account and let us know that you do not wish to receive any further communication from us. At any time, you can contact us by logging into your account and/or using Contact Us form or our Chat feature.
